The hotel offers great views of Moreno Lake with very nice and comfortable rooms. The service is professional and kind, although limited in some aspects. The beautiful location provides a tranquil setting, but it's quite a drive from town and the airport. Dining is sumptuous, but can get busy during peak times. Overall, a place for relaxation with some considerations to keep in mind.
Staying at the Moreno wing was like a dream with the best possible view. The rooms were big and well-appointed, featuring a balcony with stunning views. However, some rooms can be quite small, so it's recommended to opt for a larger room with a view of the lake.
