The hotel offers great views of Moreno Lake with very nice and comfortable rooms. The service is professional and kind, although limited in some aspects. The beautiful location provides a tranquil setting, but it's quite a drive from town and the airport. Dining is sumptuous, but can get busy during peak times. Staying at the Moreno wing was like a dream with the best possible view. The rooms were big and well-appointed, featuring a balcony with stunning views. However, some rooms can be quite small, so it's recommended to opt for a larger room with a view of the lake.

During a blizzard, the staff asked me to sit down and recount my experience. However, they were not communicative enough about the hotel facilities, and there seemed to be a screening of daytime visitors which put a negative shadow on the experience.

Located at a privileged place surrounded by a State Park reserve and close to Puerto Pañuelo's port, the hotel offers breathtaking views. It's a bit far from town and the airport, requiring a 35-40 minute drive to the city center and just under an hour to the airport.
